Born in Australia, Andrew moved to Hong Kong in 2005 and Macau in 2009, when he founded O MEDIA. In an eclectic career he has been an accountant, nightclub manager, sports betting business manager, educator, high stakes poker player and television commentator, journalist and publisher. He has over 30 years’ experience visiting and commentating on gaming and hospitality businesses and is now a journalist and executive with deep knowledge in the gaming and leisure sectors in Macau, Japan and across Asia. Andrew was the 2014 Macau Person of the Year and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a permanent member of the Macau Gaming Management Association and President of the Macau Taxi Passengers Association. He is a member of the International Federation of Journalists, the Portuguese and English Press Association of Macau and the Poker Tournament Directors Association.

Michael Usher is the founder and CEO of the Vialux Group. He was born in Melbourne, Australia and has lived in Macau since 2004. With offices in Australia, Macau and Vietnam, Vialux provides architects, lighting designers and end users throughout the Asia Pacific area with proven high quality feature lighting and display technologies.
Michael has been involved in the design, manufacture and commercialisation of innovative lighting and display systems for over 30 years. In that time he has worked on some of the world’s leading architectural lighting and facade display projects.
Michael’s formal qualifications include a BSc (Physics) and MBA, as well as being a Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. Previously he was a Visiting Fellow at the School of Engineering, Griffith University and established FLI Research as a joint venture at the Griffith University IT incubator. He was a founding executive committee member of the Queensland Industry Cluster for AEEMA; and the National Lighting Innovation Centre.

Janet McNab is Managing Director of the 4,001-room Sheraton Grand Macao, the largest hotel in Marriott International’s global portfolio, and The St. Regis Macao. Australian-born, and of Italian descent, Janet began her career over 28 years ago in Brisbane. She has spent more than 16 of those years in Asia, working at properties throughout Thailand, China, Indonesia, and now – Macao. Throughout her career, Janet has led the openings of key hotels and is highly regarded for implementing a number of very successful Sales and Marketing strategies for properties all across Asia in a regional leadership role.
Lloyd is the current Sales Director for Aristocrat Technologies within APAC. Aristocrat is a global market leading gaming company with its Asian operations headquarter in Macau along with their manufacturing facility. Prior to his move to Macau, Lloyd was a sales manager in Australia for Aristocrat. Lloyd is passionate about the development and connection of both the Macau community and Australian business. Lloyd recently completed his MBA at UNSW in Australia.
