Dyan Sutton is a Filipino born Australian citizen and currently the Vice President of Strategic Planning, Integrated Resort Services of Galaxy Entertainment Group. She oversees Loyalty Planning including Gaming Events, Promotions, Programs and Brand Communications. Her duties cover three properties, Galaxy Macau, StarWorld and Broadway. She started her career in the gaming industry as a casino host in the Commonwealth of Northern Marian Islands, USA in 1998.
The majority of her 23-year casino career was in the front line management of hosting teams and VIP services of Mass, Premium Mass and Premium Direct market segments. She is passionate in ensuring delivery of the highest standards of customer service and a seamless customer journey. She is recognized as a champion in service benchmarking. Her involvement is instrumental for the success of highly effective sales and marketing strategies, impeccable execution of projects, the branding and marketing of new products and services. She is an advocate to drive and support initiatives towards developing people to be their best.
Dyan finished her studies at the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, also selected to attend Soka University in Japan for Intensive Language Studies under a Japanese Government Scholarship Program. She has recently been engaged by the University of Macau Resort & Gaming Management students as a resource person to provide perspective on effective business and people management, leadership strategies. She enjoys working with the youth of today.
Dyan loves traveling the world with her husband Phil and their son Dylan. She is an amateur photographer, likes dancing, socializing and has a keen interest in learning new skills. During the pandemic, she proudly boasted of DIY wood furniture restoration and she hopes to acquire and expand her knowledge and skills even more.
